This Privacy Policy explains how Hudson Enterprises LLC handles information you provide to Life-Event Speech Studio.

What we collect

To write your speech, you enter details such as names, your relationship to a person, and personal memories. If you purchase, our payment provider collects the information needed to process payment (we never receive your full card details).

Third-party AI processing — important

The details you enter are sent to a third-party AI provider (accessed via OpenRouter) to generate your speech. We use API access configured so your inputs are not used to train models. We do not sell your personal information. Your speech is stored temporarily to deliver it to you and is not published anywhere.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe merchant of record), which handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and remits applicable sales tax/VAT.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

Data retention & your rights

Speech drafts and session data are retained only as long as needed to deliver your purchase and are then expired automatically. To request deletion or ask a question, email support@hudsonenterprisesllc.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Only submit information about others that you are entitled to share.
