Life-Event Speech Studio ("the Service") is operated by Hudson Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or unlocking a speech, you agree to these Terms. Governing law: State of Indiana, Marion County.

What the Service does

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help you write an original speech from the details and memories you provide. AI-assisted draft — review before you deliver. This speech was generated by an AI system from the details you provided. AI can get facts, names, dates, and tone wrong, so please read it carefully, edit anything that isn't right, and make it your own before you use it. You are the author of the final speech.

Your content and your responsibility

You confirm that the memories and details you enter are your own true recollections, and that you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing the final speech before you use it. The Service produces original text from your input; it does not independently research, verify, impersonate, or make claims about any real person. Hudson Enterprises LLC makes no independent claims about any person named in your speech.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights, or to submit personal data about others that you are not entitled to share. We may refuse or discontinue service for misuse.

Payment

Unlocking the full speech and teleprompter PDF is a one-time $39 charge, processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record). See our Refund Policy.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated text may contain errors; you are responsible for the final speech. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudson Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
